Halewing is a technology provider. Nothing here is insurance, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here creates an advisor-client relationship. Halewing does not recommend products, does not determine suitability, and never communicates with a client except where a licensed advisor has reviewed and sent the communication. Licensed professionals remain responsible for suitability, best-interest obligations and all client communication.
Engagements
Any actual work, including a book scan, is governed by a separate written agreement between Halewing and the firm. Where these terms and that agreement disagree, the agreement controls.
The site itself
This site is provided as it is, without warranty. We may change or remove any part of it. The Halewing name, mark and the contents of this site belong to us; the sample copy and screens are not licensed for reuse.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Halewing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules.
