GEMINA is a pilot-stage company working with a small number of advisory firms. This page describes what happens to information that reaches us, both from this website and from a firm that engages us for a book scan.
What this website collects
If you submit the request form, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, firm, role, and the size figures you choose to share. We use it to reply to you and to decide whether a scan makes sense. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to count page visits in aggregate. No advertising networks, no cross-site tracking, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Client data during an engagement
This is the part that matters to a firm considering a scan.
- We accept client data only under a signed agreement and data processing terms.
- It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people working on your engagement.
- It is used solely to produce your findings. It is never pooled with another firm's data, sold, or used to build models that serve anyone else.
- We delete it on request, and by default when the engagement ends. Ask us for the current retention window in writing and we will put it in the agreement.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Email hello@yourdomain.com.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects data we already hold, we will tell the firms it affects directly rather than quietly updating this page.
